This is a family friendly event. Children under 2 are free. Children 3-12 will receive a discount. Please contact [email protected] for assistance with registering your child(ren).

Members will receive discounted pricing at checkout using the email address associated with their nafdma.com account.

Please Note: Hotel costs are NOT included in convention registration fees. Book your accommodations at our host hotel here before January 9th, 2023 to receive NAFDMA's discounted rate.

You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the airport, if you are flying. The link below can provide information to assist you in finding ground transportation. Find transportation information here.

If you do not plan on riding the bus for the tours and plan on driving separately, you must notify [email protected] immediately after registering.

The Agritourism Convention and EXPO is a non-refundable event, except in the specific circumstances outlined below. Registrations may be transferred to another individual for the event at no charge, and all transferral requests should be submitted to [email protected]. If unable to attend, your registration fee may be credited toward a future NAFDMA event prior to January 28, 2023. Written requests for registration event credit will be provided with a $75 processing fee. Please contact [email protected] for these requests. After January 28, 2023, no event credit can be provided for any reason. Event refunds will be provided ONLY if governmental regulations prohibit travel to the event or the event is unable to be held.
